I have spoken to many women in the past on the subject of relationships. Whether I was talking to them in a casual form or talking with them as a counselor, this ever elusive state of “happy” seems to be of great concern for the modern woman. Here are some examples of what I actually heard;
Her: I Divorced him because he couldn’t make me happy.
TheXYGhost: What makes you happy?
Her: I don’t know what makes me happy, but it’s his job to find out.
_________
Her: I never said that I marry bad men. Both of my ex husbands were really good men they just never knew how to make me happy.
_________
TheXYGhost: Why do you keep breaking up with these men?
Her: None of them know how to make me happy.
TheXYGhost: Have you ever thought the problem is that YOU are not happy?
Her: You hate women.
_________
TheXYGhost: I’m never dating again. I’m not looking to be an ATM for someone that will find every single one of the faults she sees in me when I’m mandated by her to pay for everything she desires. I’m not doing that again.
Her: Who hurt you? Not all women are the same. You need to find your happiness. You need to keep on trying to find a girlfriend until you find your happiness. You need to know that you have the right to be happy.
_________
Her: I don’t care how many times I need to marry and divorce, I’m going to keep doing this until I find my happiness.
